Hi. It looks like you posted again a few minutes later about this issue.

You will see that it was suggested that you have a web chat with Support. They can look into your account whereas members of the forum cannot do that for you as we are not all employees.

One other suggestion.

Power down the phone. Remove sim and give contacts a light clean on a fibre free cloth. Reinsert sim and power up again.
