A. You are writing to forum members here and not to Smarty.
B. It depends upon what you mean by 'lost'.
C. If you lost the number because you did not use the account for 6 months or more, then it is gone and you won't be able to get it.
D. Even if the old account is still live, you cannot move a number between sims on the same network.
E. If you are going to another network, then you would need to get a PAC code from the smarty account to take it elsewhere.
