You may already have it โ if you still have the packaging that the SIM card youโre currently using came in, then it should be somewhere on this packet, often on the back.
If you donโt have the packaging, itโs not an issue as you can request a PUK code from Smarty via webchat, from 08.00 - 20.00 each day.
It is odd thatโs it taken 10 days to see your post.

@Nehman If you have accidentally locked your sim by trying to unlock it too many times with the wrong code, then you need to web chat with Smarty Support for a PUK. Please see this help article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1159752-getting-and-using-a-puk-code
