I’m in Jersey and I can’t use my Smarty?

Hi I’m in Jersey, the channel island, I can’t use my Smarty network/sim? How do I ensure I can use it?

You will see that The Channel Islands do not count as EU for Roaming purposes. The only way that you can roam is to buy an add on for your account and pay for all usage.
