I can't access the promotional offer

Hi everyone

I'm on the £8 for 16Gb and now Smarty are doing 50Gb for the same price. I've tried to access the offer but it wont give me the option. Is it because I'm already on the £8 tariff and I'm stuck with it or will it upgrade to 50Gb on may billing date??

Definitely go via the webchat - I just did this, and it took around 2 minutes to switch to the £8 for 50 GB offer
