I bought a new dongle and a Smarty data only SIM

Using the Dongle and Smarty SIM its "Connected Secured" BUT No Internet.

Using a Mobile Phone and Smarty SIM "Connected Secured" BUT No Internet.

What does this mean and how do I fix this please?

@JoyceGe_2612749 You will probably need to change the settings on the dongle such that APN is set to mob.asm.net

If you type 192.168.1.1 into the browser, it should led you to the dongle settings page.

I did what you suggested, it took me to a page that wanted a username and password but I didn't know what they were.

Can you give me any suggestions please?

 

@JoyceGe_2612749 Very often you will find that typing admin into both is sufficient.

It may be worth hunting out a manual for the dongle if that doesn't work.
