You need to start a webchat with Smarty staff.
This is the Smarty community forum, populated by Smarty customers like you & I.
The title of your post does not give much help to neither this community or Smarty staff.
So, you have a bought a SIM, possibly with a plan ?
Have you checked your dashboard, to confirm whether your SIM has been activated ?
Is this SIM working, you have signal, but data is not working ?
Are you using the SIM in a phone or mobile router ?
Your subject title really does not give us a lot to go on, to be honest.

Good morning @TAJUDEE_2052709 I can see that you started some posts about this yesterday and you thought that you were writing directly to Smarty staff.
When you bought the sim, did you do that online and a SIM card was sent to you?
Have you then followed the directions to Activate it? If you have not, then it won't work.
You say 'put me through' - we cannot do that - you would need to start a web chat with the Support Team (who do work for Smarty)
