This is the Smarty community forum, we are customers just like you.

To be frank, your question above should have been asked BEFORE you switched to Smarty.

It’s incumbent on everyone when choosing a mobile network, or switching to another network, to check the coverage on their chosen network where they live, work and socialise  BEFORE they sign up or switch.

Smarty’s parent network is Three. Did you check  that Three / Smarty offer coverage where you live, auto and socialise before you switched from Vodafone ? If not, you may well be posting again on this forum in a day or two that Smarty is poor, you can’t get a decent signal, etc. For your sake, I really hope not and that the switch from Vodafone to Smarty works well for you, Sinead

@SineadC_180377  As with most things in life, you'll find that some people find it very good and other find it not very good.

Problem is that the ones who find it not very good tend to shout louder than those who find it very good - you will find this applies to very many products and services.

SMARTY Mobile has been good for me so far, @SineadC_180377

Why did you leave the Vodafone network?

I left Vodafone because the signal kept cutting out and I keep hearing buzzing noises when I'm on a call

Hopefully this isn't happening with your SMARTY SIM card, @SineadC_180377

I'm currently on voxi which is the offshoot of Vodafone, same a s smarty the offshoot of 3,

Im comparing both like for like and at the moment, smarty is edging ahead, iv noticed with voxi that they are not as quick as it used to be so thought that I'd try smarty, if no good then again  try someone else

@KevinGr_2693076  Sounds like a plan!

Do remember to check Smarty Coverage in your area first.

You might want to look at the real-world coverage you can expect on the Three UK network, @KevinGr_2693076

Check actual coverage using https://mastdata.com, which has network signal reception information for many locations in the UK.
