Hello there i need to get my verification code to use my whatsapp i am abroad my calls and texts are not working is there anyway around it

Make sure your APN is set to “mob.asm.net”

switch off phone and switch it back on

IF you are outside the EU, you will need to buy an add on to get your phone working again, as Smarty’s free roaming only includes the 27 EU member states. 

IF necessary, do a manual search for a network, rather than letting your phone automatically connect to a network

@AbidHus_1532840  "Abroad" does not tell us much. EU or not? In any case, you should get texts without needing to pay (according to Price Guide p20).
