We would need more specific info, but assuming you are using a router and are using Smarty as a replacement for fixed line broadband, you may have fallen foul of section 5.15 of Smarty’s terms and conditions.
Alternatively, you may just need your password to reconnect devices, but again, with so little info to go on, it’s difficult to advise you.

@Michael_2711205 To what? Do you mean setting up a personal hotspot? You don't say if you are using a phone or another type of device.
You cannot expect help if you do not give information that people need.
