How long will it take to transfer my old phone number from my old provider to Smarty

Assuming you gave Smarty your PAC code by last Friday, Iwould say Tuesday 7th May, tomorrow, as today, Monday 6th May is a bank holiday, not a working day @Figgy_2552 

Numbers are not transferred AKA “ported” between networks on the weekends or bank holidays.
