I want to actually talk to someone and get some help . I dont want to waste my time with this poorly designed online site.If I cant reolve this I want to get out of my plan because this "custmoer service" doesnt work for me.
How do I get a reply?

The are only 2 ways to talk to SMARTY customer services and that is to either use the on-line chat https://smarty.co.uk/contact /click on the 'open messenger' icon in the bottom right hand corner of the smarty.co.uk home screen (type "talk to a person" to begin a chat with an actual adviser) or email them at team@smarty.co.uk
Like almost all companies now, SMARTY does not have an actual phone help line that you can call.
Can you detail what you need help with as someone in the Community may be able to help you without you having to go through SMARTY help?
You can also use the 'search bar' at the top of the Community page to see if this issue has already been raised.

@Poultry-Craig You cannot talk to someone because companies like Smarty keep the cost down by not having telephone customer service.
If their model does not suit your needs, unfortunately you will need to move to another one - probably one of the major ones that charge more.
