A. Depends upon when you ordered it.

B. We don't know exactly because we are not smarty employees.

C. Even once posted, it depends upon local postal services as to when you may get it.

@Jt2 Did you get an email from Smarty saying it's been posted? If so, then it has. If not (and the email is not in your spam folder, etc) then it probably hasn't.
