has anyone else been charged monthly an amount that is not your monthly fee?
My full Q is: has anyone else been charged monthly an amount that is not your monthly fee, and it doesn't appear on SMARTY records? It's happened to me for a number of months so I had to cancel my automatic payment, but it wasn't acknowledged by SMARTY, even if I had bank proof of it.
It was a small amount, but taken regularly over months it can be a good hussle for someone in the Accounts Department. That's why I'd like to know if it happened to others.

Ange This has never happened to me and I have not heard of others in that position.
The only issue I have seen raised is where people have had £1 taken from their card when they apply to remove the Adult Content restriction - the credit card is used to show that they are old enough I believe. These people usually get the money back.
How much is being taken?
