My smarty email address is no longer in use and I have forgotten my password. No amount of sending the link to my new email address works please there's anybody know what I can do thank you

You need to contact Smarty directly via webchat, which id available from 08.00 - 20.00 seven days a week. After passing some account verification questions, you will be able to reset your password :

@Jeancm Do you mean that your Smarty account has totally lapsed and been closed? If that is the case, surely you could start a new account using that email address.
That said, how did you manage to sign into this forum if your account does not work?
