Hi All
Number port has only part completed (can dial and text outbound but not working inbound). Can anyone confirm if port should have completed by 1700 or can it take up to midnight??

What timescales were you given when you submitted your PAC to SMARTY?

@Chalkychap email from SMARTY confirmed switch should have been completed by 1700 today.. I have already reached out via webchat to escalate . Waiting for a response to the escalation now 🙏🙏

OFCOM's telecoms rules state you're entitled to compensation for each day the number transfer is delayed.
With online only customer service, sometimes the only stick you've got is financial.

Hi Nathan, no it didn’t. Still not completed now!! Getting the usual’ it’s being dealt with by the back end team’. Utter incompetence from SMARTY…
