Today, 1st june 2025...started terrible, went to us my phone and some how i had managed to block my sim and phone, being of a now more mature age, i am far from tech savy, so panic set in, out of contact and trying to find out why, thank goodness for a slightly unfazed husbond , i txt smarty from his phone, well I was welcome by a wonderful assistance in my txt chat....by now I couldnt even remember which email I used when setting up my account as I have been with smarty a long time now....

My helper from smarty, was incredible, they were so patient, and helpful, was a breath of fresh air ,   Wish more online assistant could be like my smarty helper...kudos to smarty you have a wounderfull assistant A+++
