Hi I have used my 12g of data and purchased the EU 3 day pass and it not working, can anyone assist please thanks

I had the same problem. Tried everything. Rebooted router over and over again. Hours of typing in to smarty support. Just gave up in the end. Ordered a new som. Put it in router in uk and it worked instantly. Such a con. Worked in France until the 12gb ran out and that was it , passes, data add ons, moving to a new region of France. Nothing worked. Really annoyed. Had to hassle to get my money back too even though smarty could see I hadn't been able to access any futher data 😞

@LouiseT_3318679 Just for clarity.....you purchased an EU roaming data pass for either 1 day or 3 days as described on p17 of the Smarty Price Guide?

Wrote a long reply, got email validation code put it in “page not found” and message disappeared- another waste of time

Have Smarty been able to explain what went wrong? Have you raised it as a Complaint?

@NigelTh_1878789 I would recommend firstly checking your Account Dashboard to show that your purchase did go through.
Next, check that you did still have data left within your monthly plan after the 12Gb was used.
Have you moved places at all? Just wondering if there is in fact a signal where you are.
Failing the above, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check the situation for you.
