Hi I have used my 12g of data and purchased the EU 3 day pass and it not working, can anyone assist please thanks

@NigelTh_1878789 I would recommend firstly checking your Account Dashboard to show that your purchase did go through.
Next, check that you did still have data left within your monthly plan after the 12Gb was used.
Have you moved places at all? Just wondering if there is in fact a signal where you are.
Failing the above, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check the situation for you.
