I’ve had an email from what appears to be smarty saying my payment was unsuccessful for my plan. There isn’t a reason for this as I have sufficient funds and I have not cancelled my plan. With all the cyber attacks right now I wondered if this could be that or a glitch. When I opened the app it also said my plan has expired and service has been paused (even though there’s nothing wrong with my service or data). Can someone explain what’s going on as I don’t fancy being hacked lol
