Every month our service is disconnected before the new month . Yesterday I received a text saying our unlimited service starts 12/10/24 even though the acct has been on a debit order for several months I added unlimited for today 11/10/24 still no service!

@DavidRi_2409741 As forum members, we have no access to details of your account. For that reason, I think you will need to take this issue up with Smarty Support team or, if they cannot sort it, raise a Complaint.
