On 3G-4G, the downloading speed was higher after midnight. It is not the case on 4G; maximum 200 kb/s or lower, and less during the day. Switching to 4G is not a success, let alone to 5G, which will be disaster

I am sorry for continuing repeatable messaging. I just joined the community and tried to figure out how it works, step by step with the label, and further posted the same slow speed on 4G. By the way, why is there no support email address listed anywhere?

https://smarty.co.uk/contact shows that detail towards the bottom of the page after details of web chat.

The team normally respond within a day and not promptly.
I used the email given at the bottom of the contact us page, and they at Smarty Soft Developers replied to me and forwarded my email to team@support.smarty. Please update your web. My interfering with multi-threaded messages had a point.
