I have an unlocked dongle and a Smarty unlimited data sim. I put the dongle into my Lenovo laptop, but it doesn't show up on the list of networks to connect to. What am I doing wrong?

Does your laptop recognise there's a dongle attached @Hayespat58?

Do you need to install any drivers so the laptop operating system can use the dongle?

Hi I'm having the same problem, bought a new internet dongle, tried on two different laptops, both installed the driver for the dongle, but can't connect. Customer service haven't been any help

@Hayespat58 @KellySo_1995328  Have you checked that the settings are correct? APN should be mob.asm.net for mobile data.

@AngelaP_1872714  Do you have some form of app that you installed on the computer? You will need to check the settings in there so that the APN is set to mob.asm.net.

You should have some form of instruction manual with the device or it may be available online (you have managed to connect to the internet so should be able to navigate to manufacturer's website)
