Hi I've got a smarty sim I use for data on my dongle which works great. I also had another sim than I want to use as my business phone I've tried to activate it and can and when I put the sim into the phone it isn't working I have printed business cards with this number already on

If you want to use more than one sim, the best way is via a group. You should read the article here: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/3417277-what-is-a-group-plan

The other point to note is that Smarty is NOT for businesses and they make that clear in the T&C's, as well as a statement at the bottom of the forum page: SMARTY is a service that's just for consumers and is only intended for personal use.
