cannot call or receive calls from other smarty customers
I cannot make and receive calls to other smarty phones. This is the second time I post. the first post was deleted because I was not registered on the community. Congrats smarty for informing me I needed a second account for it!!

giovann_2504211 Have you contacted Smarty Support via web chats that they can investigate?
We are forum members without access to your account, but I certainly have not come across anything like this before.
Not sure what you mean about a second account though. Most users have just the one I think and that works just fine.
