Hi all,
Just thought I would post a quick message in the hope that after 10 days of not being able to receive inbound calls or texts after there was a problem porting my number, there maybe someone that could actully escalate this to get it fixed.
I'm assuming that Smarty must have some really serious problems and I am therefore in a massive queue waiting for a resolve.
If there is anyone out there who has stumbled upon this post before signing up, I would recommend reading the following posts before signing up to Smarty to that you can made an educated an informed decision of what you could potential expect if you have a problem.
