Data bundle add on help

Hi, I ran out of data but have since bought a data addon, butnthis is not working

If you have used all of your plan’s inclusive data, data add ons and data passes start working immediately. 

Check what you have bought, maybe the EU data pass, which doesn’t work in the UK (I am assuming you are currently in the UK and not overseas of course)

Bought a UK 2gb data add-on and it's showing on my dashboard but no internet , only when I am on WiFi 

@KevinDi_2604244  If it is still not working despite it showing on your dashboard and after turning phone off and then back on again, you may need a web chat with Support Team so that they can check your account.

As forum members, we don't have access to accounts.

You are not trying to use it while roaming, are you? You would need an EU Data Roaming pass or (if not in EU) then credit to pay based on Price Guide rate given.
