Customer services /web chat is a joke

So this morning I asked for my voicemail to be reset my voice taken off. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to get someone to sort it out. 2 hours in I have up, came back and chatted to another person who literally had not a clue what I wanted or how to do it. They didn’t heli I’ve it was even me as the voice on AP mentioned a different name!!! They have switched the answer phone completely off and I’ve been trying to get it back on since 12.30pm AND STILL NOTHING!! Now they have decided to close the chat and I have to go through it all again 🤬 absolute joke.

I'm just wondering - do you think that they do not really understand the nature of your request to simply set the voicemail to default original greeting? (I'm assuming that I've understood it correctly!)

Another thing to try.......raise it as a complaint where you will get a chance to put in writing what you want.

I I did put it in writing when I spoke to the agent. I kept it simple and explained it all. I simply asked if they can turn my answer phone on, still isn’t lol 😂
