Cost of calling portugal

You need an add-on to call Portugal from the UK on your mobile @StephenA_425093.

According to the online price guide, calls costs £0.19/minute.

Texts are £0.06/each, MMS are £0.20/each, and video call are £1.50/minute.

Assuming that you are calling Portugal from the Uk, this is an International Call.

The Price Guide: https://cdn.smarty.co.uk/files/SMARTY-Price-Guide.pdf shows on P21 that Portugal is in Band 1. Cost of calls is 19p per minute.

On the other hand, if you are roaming in Portugal, this comes under EU roaming and calls within Portugal while there would be covered by your Smarty Plan.

Hello @Kathari_1093509 . With Smarty, you can roam in the EU and use your current Smarty plan as if you were at home.

You will need to make sure some of the phone settings are correct first. https://smarty.co.uk/roaming-setup

Also, if your current plan has more than 12Gb data included, you will be limited to 12Gb while roaming (unless you buy a Roaming Data Pass). Finally, EU Roaming is limited to a period of 60 days.
