I wanted to get a data only sim. I already have a long standing account with Smarty. Completed form and got to the confirm and pay button but it does not work. Have cleared cache and history, tried a different browser and spent far too long with customer service but the button still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

@Christin_461378 Are you starting a new account? If you want to add a sim to an existing account, it will need to be a 'nickname' sim on a group account.

Yes I know that. Issue is a poorly designed form. On payment page there is a question 'are you transferring from another provider' or words to that effect. Options 'yes', 'maybe later. Question not starred as a must answer. As neither applied to me I left it. Question did not indicated a must answer. Eventually clicked on maybe later and payment went through. Form needs a re-think.

@Christin_461378 A simple 'thank you' would have been nice!
I suggest using the complaint route to bring it to their attention.
