I’m trying to change plan and the Black Friday deal I can see online isn’t coming up as an option. Do I need to order that online outside of my account ? Doesn’t seem very fair to not offer it to existing customers.

Hi if your an existing customer you need to webchat smarty and tell them you would like to change plans to the one you want it will come into effect at your next auto renewal date
Some deals
£5 for 5gb of data
£6 for 20gb of data
£10 for 100gb of data
£15 for unlimited data

@NicolaC_1697628 As an existing customer, you will need to web chat with Smarty Support team and they can make the changes for you if you do not see the option on your Account Dashboard under the Change Plan section.

I was trying to do the exact same thing and I agree it should be an option for existing customers.. hopefully someone has the answer
