my SIM card does not work, I have done all the settings but to no avail.

If you start a web chat with Support Team, they can check your account to see what has happened.
It may also be worth
1) check that the sim shows as 'Activated" in your Dashboard
2) turning phone off, wait a while, turn it on again - this may force the sim to be recognised.
3) taking the SIM card out of the phone and giving it a very gentle clean with a fibre-free cloth of some sort. Then put it back into the phone and see if that cures the issue.

If you're a new customer, have you activated the SIM card?
Otherwise, you might need a replacement SIM. As per reply by @MSF, contact the support team for assistance.
