I am very politely but having had quite enough of BS today, requesting that you dudes cancel my SIM.
Like many people I fell for your very tasteful image, but was always concerned because Smarty is such a twatty name.
Long and short is that the SIM was for my mother and being able to pay so easily meant she wouldn't ever have to top up herself.
But it's all pointless because nothing but Vodafone works as it should where she lives. Didn't want the hassle of going in store to set it up but knew all along that was what I had to do.
Sincere apologies for being lazy, honestly I wasn't intentionally time wasting.
Anyhoo, cancel everything or I'll sue.
So **bleep** hard your eyes will bleed.
Trust me I'm not bluffing, had a DM form Elon Musk today.
Many thanks in advance, apologies once again.

@JamesAl_3024401 So, let's get a few things straight here.
1. We are not 'dudes' and we are not Smarty employees. We are the mugs who come on here to see if we can help people who explain a problem carefully and are seeking a solution.
2. I cannot see the relevance of whether or not you like the name. Frankly, I find it hard to see why Voxi, EE,ID,O2 or Vodaphone are so much better.
3. Yes, you can pay easily - especially with auto-renew.
4.If Vodaphone is the only network that gives service where your mother is, what was the point in trying Smarty as it runs on Three network?
5. We cannot cancel anything - see Point 1 above
6. You are going to sue over a maximum of £20 when you have not given an organisation time to cancel the plan within the T&C's - relay? Have you checked out the HMCTS website for Small Claims fees? How much time will it take to go through the process?
7. Elon Musk writes to you personally? Wow!
8. Take a deep breath and maybe have a nice cup of tea then have a web chat with Smarty Support to politely ask them to cancel the plan. Be aware that you can only do it if it was you, rather than your mum, who set up the plan.

We’re just other customers here so have no access to your account.
First did you not check coverage on the smarty website before signing up? If not then check now to see if there any problems.
Did you do a network reset on the phone after replacing the sim? This is certainly needed if you transferred/ported the number.
