Calling EU countries with mobile

I’m struggling to set up my mobile roaming for my first visit to Spain using the smarty Sim. I changed the login for mobile data. What I thought was right, but it’s still not working and I can’t make a call to Spain. Any help would be appreciated

To call Spain from the UK means you'd be making an International call, not roaming call, @Michael_2784796. 

Your SMARTY plan doesn't include International calls, so to do this you'd need some credit on your account.
