I have had several people tell me they have called my number and they just get silence. No tone, No message.
I do not receive a call. Other times it is working fine.
Any ideas?

I’ve been having the same issues for the last 2 week, both my sons are also having the same issue.
callers just can’t get through, reboot or airplane mode on and off and you can make and receive calls for few minutes.
tested in different location and we have the same issue.
think we may need to go to another provider
online support have been useless

@BryanSi_2479947 Are they all on different networks - could the problem be at their end?
Do you have a good signal where you are?

On one of the instances we repeated the call when we met up. We were both within about 300m of a 4G/5G mast, direct line of sight. My phone didnt ring and the callers phone was silent. I have just finshed a long online chat with Smart support - they are looking into it.

@BryanSi_2479947 Good that you are having the issue looked at.
If you were both on the phone near each other, you would possibly not be using the same mast though - depends upon network.

Had someone call me on landline to say couldn’t get me on mobile.
Checked phone by calling it from wife’s mobile. Dead response, no unobtainable message, nothing on wife’s phone and my phone did not ring – same as before.
I rebooted the phone and it worked perfectly.
The phone is new when I started with Smarty as the old phone was 3g/4g and didn’t work. So if the phone is new and assumed OK the SIM is from Jan 2024 so I ordered a replacement SIM – arrived this morning so we will see how it goes.

Just had the issue again with new SIM. Spent an hour on a chat with Smarty. They say there maybe issue switching between Volte and 4G which there may be. BUT
Why does the person making the call not get some sort of unobtainable message. They get silence until the BT timeout tones - which must be a network issue.
