For the past two months I have ubchecked the Auto Renew and Securely store your payment details boxes as I am not currently using the SIM. However you continue to bill me each month and I want to know why and how I can get a refund?

We are sorry to hear this. 

If youโ€™re sure youโ€™ve turned off auto-renewal for your SIM, it seems like your bank card might be linked to a different SIM.

Could it be that you paid for a friend or family member's SIM and it slipped your mind?

To get this sorted out, you'll need to get in touch with our SMARTY team because they can dig into this a bit deeper than what we can do here in the community forums.

Whenever you can, please reach out to our team and have your bank card details handy. Theyโ€™ll need to ask for some info from you to help investigate the issue.
