Atrocious phone signal due to 'network congestion'

I have had a long going issue with the terrible service offered in the E14 Canary Wharf area of London. Everytime I contact CS they blabber on about network congestion.

This has been going on for around a year. Why is the service so bad? How are people sticking with them and paying for a service they cannot use?! Canary Wharf is a main location!

Itโ€™s a good question - why have you stuck with them and continued to pay for a service you cannot use?

Your comment was extremely offensive and rudeโ€ฆwhy bother replying that what you did?

The OP said he or she had been having issues with Smarty for a year, and questioned why anyone would continue to pay for a service they couldn't use - which is exactly what they had been doing themselves.

No mobile network is perfect - they all have areas of the country where they aren't performing too well. Smarty has no long term contracts - anyone is free to leave at any time. I find it baffling that someone wouldn't just change networks if their current network hasn't been performing well in the places they need it to for such a long time.

@Oz90210  The comment from @SmartyTrousers  is neither offensive nor rude in my opinion. It is a genuine question because there is a choice of networks, at least on of which is likely to provide a better service in the area. That said, on occasions it may not be possible to get a decent signal at all often due to building structure blocking electromagnetic waves.
