I'm in India, and so cancelled my monthly payment plan several months ago.
I need to call the bank as they've blocked a payment on my card incorrectly, but it looks like I'll have to top up to do that. I dont seem to be able to add an add on payment from my Smarty dashboard. It says I need to restart my plan... which I think means ill have to pay for a plan I'm not using AS WELL AS an out of plan add on?
Can anyone assist? Why isn't this simple!

@SaskiaL_1530120 The add on is strictly referred to as "Out of plan add on" in the Price Guide.
If you do not have a plan, I wonder if this is why you cannot have the add on.
