I ported my old number over to another network and now can't get my new (SMARTY) to activate

The forum members here can't look at your SMARTY account, @GingerTeN

SIM card activation issues are something you'll need SMARTY to investigate.

@GingerTeN  Are you using a fresh email address? I'm not aware that you can activate a news with the old email address
