Today was supposed to be the monthly billing for my group plan. I checked my credit card payments for today as I had not received the customary email/text to say the plan had renewed. No payments taken.
I then logged into my smarty account. The app didn’t let me in so I checked online. It stated that my account had been paused. No reason given. My credit card company confirms no block on my account so payments should go through.
Although the phone is still working, I am concerned the service will stop for everyone on my group. Of course, I have been sat on the Smarty customer services text system for 2 hours with no response yet. This is the worst bit - no customer service.
Is there a fault at Smarty?
