I recently switched from sky mobile to smarty i’m using a iphone 13 but 5G doesn’t work and i’m stuck on 4G and it is extremely slow

Good advice from @MSF below, but, asking the obvious, you have turned on 5G on your iPhone 13 ?

Hello @Al-wahi_2137029  It will depend upon whether or not 5G is available from the mast you are connecting to. This means that sometimes you may get a 5G signal, other times it may be 4G ....and sometimes you are down to 3G (but that will eventually be turned off so that 5G can be improved - apparently)
