No service and told lies by smarty Rubbish!
You got that one right in that I'm frustrated and maybe understatement to state frustrated.
Firstly I have been with Smarty (unbroken and continuous) since 2018, though this particular account i am having the issue with is a sub account - continous for the past 2 years approximately.
And when contacting Smarty a couple of days back about this current issue (which remains unresolved till now) when first calling about the issue I am told that i had not paid my renewal - when i had and had earlier seen clarification / notification of the payment from my bank, I was next told that there was no service in my area - though strange again the smarty system said my area had no issues, and added to this point my brothers smarty network was meanwhile working fine???? (and he was at my house at the time).
Eventually i was being asked time and time and time again the same questions which I continued to answer - but was pushed to the point by the uselessness to say that I am calling from my account - you know fine well who i am - it went on until I basically told them to forget it, as i knew i was absolutely wasting my time with a bunch of incapable wasters.
It seems for whatever reason I am no longer registered (that is what the phone tells me).
All in all - I am totally and uterly pisssed off
