No service and told lies by smarty Rubbish!
Having been messed around for a couple of days, smarty decided to cease my call with them as they didn't like what i was saying, what a wonderful woke reply by some lazy single parent working from home, while to customer has been left stuffed by smarty

@havenoservice You sound pretty frustrated, but it's not totally clear as to the exact nature of the problem.
Firstly is your sim already activated and dashboard showing a current Smarty plan? (I know you have been with them for a long time, but sometimes things change)
Have you completed a Network Status check to see if there is a mast problem? It was not totally clear from your post.
Have you also raised a Complaint if you don't think you have been given accurate information?
Exactly why did they cut the call off?
