Many factors can influence how you move up the ranks – from starting a new conversation, replying to and liking other people’s posts, to choosing ‘Accepted Solutions’. We've also got a few hidden ranks for you to try and unlock.

The level you are at is always shown on your profile page and in more detail in ‘View all badges’. We’ll keep you posted when you earn a promotion.
How do you achieve a promotion? It’s a combination of the Kudos you award and receive, the topics you start, ‘Problem Solver’ solutions you identify or post and new ideas you generate. Essentially it’s down to how much you contribute.
SMARTY employees: As part of your Community Team, our Moderators, Manager and SMARTY employees don’t have ranks to keep it clear who’s who.
