I was not aware of the webchat, hence posting in this forum. thanks for the suggestion.in principal now sorted.I have always been keen on SMARTY good coverage, fast activation etc. I just wanted my old number and was unable to action same.best

the sim and coverage is fine. I have tested in UK and overseas and happy with SMARTY as a concept. The only issue is not being able to port my old number.

The coverage overseas (France and Italy) were both 1st rate. If they had not been, I would not have requested a PAC from SKY. That was the "test"

The SIM has been in use for a week. As it was working fine I requested a PAC on Sunday and applied it today when back in the UK as it cannot be switched overseas; after repeated attempts it failed to accept the PAC/old number combination.you ask.. ...
