I really need to get this resolved now I have asked for help trying to resolve this matter of not being able to ring out or send a text for 2 months now?! I can use my data and receive calls and texts I just cannot do the simple thing of what a phone...
I have had my sim 2 months now I have not been able to ring out in all that time I’ve been trying to get this resolved with no success, please can we get this sorted.
