A long time ago I was given a 2Gb data add by Smarty as a 'sorry' for a mess-up.
I generally don't use much data via mobile as I am often in places with wifi; the data add on hardly went down and equally I rarely used much data from my monthly plans....

@WendyTi_3242475 If your number is showing on your Smarty Account dashboard and it still rings on your old provider's network voicemail after another hour or so, then you need to have a web chat with Smarty Support just in case there has been a split...

@Suechurch46 Firstly check your Account Dashboard to see that it shows an activated sim as well as a current smarty plan.If you have only just activated the sim, it can sometimes take up to a couple of hours to get fully live.
