Hi - I've accidentally bought a data only plan for my phone and want to change it to a voice plan. When I go to change plan in the app, it only gives me the option to change to other data plans and it says that upgrading to a voice plan isn't availab...
Thanks both for you replies. I contacted Smarty via web chat and they have changed my plan to a voice plan that will come into effect on the plan renewal date, so all good.
