Hello, I'm thinking of getting a PAYG mini phone I have smarty unlimited monthly plan but id like to have the option to use my existing plan on another SIM if that's possible is it free to add another SIM to my account? I am experiencing an issue with calling my MoreMins virtual number. When I attempt to make a call, I receive a message stating that the call is not recognized. I have contacted MoreMins support, and they have suggested that the issue might be with my mobile operator. are any issues on your end that might be preventing calls to my MoreMins virtual number?
