I already have a SMARTY account and have just asked for another number (from my previous supplier) to be transferred on 10th February. Will I automatically get a new SIM from SMARTY? If not, how do I order one?

@DavidSt_2481265 The usual, and possibly easiest, way is to order and activate a Smarty sim first. Once the sim is active, you can then give Smarty the PAC code from your previous network and they then arrange the porting process..
